Who we are

jeromy.ai is Jai, Jeromy Kovatana's AI assistant for insurance agency owners. This policy covers the jeromy.ai text line, the hi@jeromy.ai email inbox, the private dashboards it sends, and the jeromy.ai website.

What we collect

• Your mobile number and the messages you send and receive on the jeromy.ai line.
• Your email address, the emails you send to hi@jeromy.ai, and our replies.
• The funnel numbers you share, like your leads, pickups, closes, spend, lead type and source, and premium or commission.
• Your consent record: the disclosure we sent, your reply, and when.
• Whether your dashboard was opened, and when.
• Basic technical data our server needs to run and stay secure. Our logs use keyed hashes, not raw phone numbers or IP addresses.
• The link tag in your first text, like [src:web], so we know which page or ad sent you.
• Counts of jeromy.ai homepage visits and Text button taps by link tag, with no cookies and no IP addresses kept.

What we keep about you

If you reply YES, Jeromy may keep a short profile so he can help you hit your goals and send you what fits your agency: facts he enters or you share with him, like your name, agency, states, lead types, goals, why you got into insurance, what you did before and your hobbies. Birthdays and anniversaries are kept as a month and day only, never a year. He may also keep short private notes. Jeromy's AI uses some of these facts, like your name, agency, states, lead types and goals, to tailor its replies to you. Your profile never holds your full date of birth or birth year, Social Security number, license or NPN numbers, commissions, logins, bank or card numbers, or anything about your health, religion or politics. Anything you text us stays in your thread until the thread is deleted. Text "what do you know about me" to see the facts on file and whether Jeromy keeps private notes, reply fix with what to change, or text "forget me" to delete your profile with your thread.

After you reply YES, Jeromy's AI may now and then send one get-to-know question after a reply, like your name, your agency, why you got into insurance, your goals, your hobbies, who you are building it for or your birthday (month and day only). It asks at most one a day, you never have to answer, and "stop asking" ends the questions. What you tell it, in an answer or in any text, may be saved to your profile as something you said, with the words it came from. An AI model reads your texts for that purpose. If a text tells us about a loss, an illness or a hard time, we keep only a note that it happened (never your words), so Jai holds personal questions for a while. Forget me deletes it. If you share your Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or LinkedIn, your profile keeps the handle or link, and Jeromy's AI asks you to confirm it's yours (or Jeromy checks it) before it is used. For Instagram, TikTok and Facebook pages, Jeromy's AI reads only the public bio and recent public posts of a handle you confirmed is yours, or that Jeromy checked is yours, and keeps a short summary, like your interests and what your business focuses on, so Jeromy can get to know you. It never looks at who you follow or who follows you, never reads a private profile or LinkedIn, and never searches for anyone by name or number. It reads it again at most once every 30 days. Text "what do you know about me" to see your handles and whether a summary exists, or "forget me" to delete them with the rest of your profile. Replying STOP deletes them too. After forget me we keep only how many of these reads you had this month and when each platform was last read, under a one-way code made from your number and never your handle or number itself, until the read limits reset: the count at the end of the month, the times 30 days after the last read. It also looks at up to 6 photos from those recent public posts to note your interests and milestones, never who else is in them. The photos are never saved.

How we use it

• To reply to your texts and emails and compute your funnel read.
• To build your private dashboard.
• So Jeromy can follow up with you, including offers like a call.
• To honor HELP, STOP and forget me requests, and to keep records of consent.
• To keep the service secure and working.

Jeromy does not use your messages or numbers to train AI models.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that run the service for us, only for that purpose:

• Linq, for sending and receiving messages (iMessage, RCS and SMS).
• AgentMail, for receiving and sending email at hi@jeromy.ai.
• Anthropic and Meta, for AI model calls that draft replies from your messages, your numbers and the profile facts above.
• Railway, for hosting our server and its database.
• Cal.com, for booking a call with Jeromy by text: your mobile number, your time zone and the time you pick, so the call goes on his calendar.
• Anthropic, for AI model calls that note the facts you tell Jeromy's AI in your texts.
• Apify, for reading the public bio and recent public posts of a social profile you share, and Anthropic, for writing the short summary of it.
• Anthropic, for an AI model call that writes Jeromy a short brief from your profile before a call you booked with him.

If you book a call, the scheduling form on the booking page is provided by Cal.com, and what you enter there goes to Cal.com and to Jeromy. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with lead buyers, partners or affiliates, including other companies Jeromy works with, for their marketing.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How long we keep it

• Threads, dashboards and profiles are kept for 12 months, unless you ask us to forget you first.
• Email threads that reach Jeromy's AI assistant are deleted 12 months after the last email, from our systems and from AgentMail, unless you ask us to forget you first. Email the assistant never handles, like spam or mail that arrives while it is switched off, stays in the hi@jeromy.ai inbox at AgentMail until it is deleted there.
• Dashboard links stop working after 30 days.
• Opt-outs are kept as hashed numbers for 10 years, so we never text you after you say stop.

Forget me

Text "forget me" to the jeromy.ai number, or use the Forget me button on your dashboard. We delete your thread, your numbers, your profile and your dashboard from our systems, and ask Linq to delete its copies of your messages. Texts already on your phone stay there, and so do the alerts about your thread on Jeromy's own phone, until they are deleted on those devices. We keep only hashed records of your consent and any opt-out, never your raw number, so we can keep honoring your choices.

A call you booked with Jeromy stays on his calendar until it is cancelled, even after you ask us to forget you.

For email, send "forget me" or "delete my data" to hi@jeromy.ai. We stop emailing your address as soon as the assistant receives the request. Jeromy confirms the request, and then we delete, from our systems and from AgentMail, the email threads you started that reached the assistant. We keep a hashed record of your address so we never email it again. Anything you wrote on an email thread someone else started stays with that thread until that thread is deleted. Emails already in your mailbox stay there, and so do the alerts about your email on Jeromy's own phone, until they are deleted on those devices.

Your choices

Reply STOP anytime to opt out, or HELP for help. You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by text or through the contact below.

Security

Your data is stored on access-controlled servers. Dashboard links use long random tokens and are marked so search engines do not index them.

Children

jeromy.ai is for business owners 18 or older and is not directed to children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
