The program

Program name: jeromy.ai, texts from Jai, Jeromy Kovatana's AI assistant.

jeromy.ai is a text line for insurance agency owners working on their lead funnels. When you text the number, Jai, Jeromy Kovatana's AI assistant, replies. If you reply YES, it asks a few questions about your leads, like how many you get, pick up and close and what you spend, sends you a read of your funnel with a link to a private dashboard, and Jeromy may follow up by text, including offers like a free call. Some messages are automated. Messages may arrive by iMessage, RCS or SMS from the same number.

How you opt in

You start by texting the number. Our first texts say you're talking to an AI, explain the program and ask you to reply YES. Until you do, we only reply in the conversation you started, like answering a question, HELP or STOP, and we send no offers or follow-ups. We never text a number that has not texted us first.

Consent is not a condition of purchase

You do not have to agree to texts, or reply YES, to buy anything from Jeromy Kovatana or anyone else.

Message frequency

Msg frequency varies with the conversation. Follow-ups that are not direct replies to you, like an offer to book a call, are sent between 9am and 8pm in your local time.

Opting out

Reply STOP to opt out. Other words like END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT work too, and so does asking in your own words, like "stop texting me." We send one message confirming you are opted out and nothing after that. You can text the number again anytime to start again.

AI and Jeromy

Replies may be written by Jai, an AI assistant working for Jeromy Kovatana. It says so in its first message and always answers truthfully if you ask whether you are talking to an AI. Jeromy can see the conversation and may reply himself.

Forget me

Text "forget me" or use the Forget me button on your dashboard to delete your thread, your numbers, your profile and your dashboard. See the Privacy Policy for what is kept.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile information

We do not sell or share your mobile number or your text opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing. See the Privacy Policy.

Who this is for

This line is for business owners 18 or older. It is not for consumers shopping for insurance, and we can't help with a policy here.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
